here are no additional fees for 5 weeks of classes in a month, and no discount when there are 3, Tuition is an annual charge of 10 months, split into monthly payments. If you choose to pay the entire year with registration you will receive 10% off. There will be no refund for early withdraw after the annual tuition is paid and discounted.
Payment is due before a private dance lesson is given. A student must cancel 3 hours before the scheduled time to receive a credit. Private dance lessons fees are
non-refundable for students who cancel lessons less than 3 hours prior or who arrive more than 5 minutes late.
LATE FEE: A $10 late fee will be added to each account if not paid by the 10th of each month. This will be automatically added on the tenth of each month to all accounts.
Accounts must be up to date before the recital, and any dancer with a delinquent account will be unable to participate until payments are up to date. Costumes will also be withheld until balances are paid.
DROPPING CLASS: If dropping a class, please notify the office. You must pay in full for any month you attended a class. We also must receive a 30 day notice so we can fill your dancer’s spot. Simply discontinuing attendance does not constitute withdrawal.
REGISTRATION FEE: Registration fee is $35. This is non-refundable.
RECITAL FEE: A recital fee is due April 1st - $50 per student. This covers the cost of stage rental, programs, sets, production, etc.
RETURNED CHECKS: $25 returned check fee and applicable late fee will be applied.
